Job description

The role is responsible for leading PMO governance across multiple portfolios, ensuring projects are delivered in line with defined scope, timelines, cost, quality, and compliance standards. You will work closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to drive transparency, financial discipline, and effective delivery across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead PMO governance across portfolios, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and compliance standards
  • Drive stakeholder management and executive-level reporting, presenting portfolio, financial, and resource insights to senior leadership
  • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost variance analysis, Capex/Opex tracking, and accruals
  • Oversee resource and demand management, including capacity planning, utilization, bench management, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Track end-to-end project lifecycle across SDLC/PLC, ensuring milestone achievement and delivery in line with SOWs
  • Maintain RAID logs and RACI matrices, supporting risk mitigation and change management initiatives
  • Coordinate vendor and commercial governance activities, including contracts, billing, invoicing, and AP/AR
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement
