Responsibilities

• Responsible for schedule, planning, monitoring and control of manpower, machine, and material for each project.
• Prepares Project Master / Baseline Schedule including resource and equipment allocation.
• Develops a well-defined and properly sequenced work activities in the detailed project schedule.
• Work closely with operation team to develop weekly manpower allocation.
• Updates project schedule and narrative reports periodically.
• Responsible for proper documentation of concerns raised by engineering and project management.
• Facilitates monitoring of pending commitments and constraints regarding work schedules.
• Delay analysis preparation and classification of delays.
• Investigate root causes of identified delays by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Quantify time impact of each delay event using recognized techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive delay analysis reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for schedule, planning, monitoring and control of manpower, machine, and material for each project to meet project schedule and consolidating as well from all projects.
• Prepares Project Master / Baseline Schedule including resource and equipment allocation based on project contract requirement.
• Develops a well-defined and properly sequenced work activities in the detail project schedule (up to level 5) through close coordination with all the parties involved (Planning Engineer, Project manager, Construction Manager, Engineering Manager, Consortium, Subcontractor, Supplier, Fabricator/Manufacturer and other department counterpart).
• Work closely with operation team to develops weekly manpower allocation based on priority, workload, and skill sets.
• Updates project schedule and narrative reports periodically, and present with technical data.
• Responsible for proper documentation of possible and immediate concerns raised by the Planning Engineer, Engineering Manager, Project Manager and reports them to the project management team.
• Facilitates the monitoring of pending commitments and constraints regarding work schedule of all the projects on a weekly basis.
• Delay analysis preparation.
• Classify delays into categories such as excusable, non-excusable, concurrent, or compensable delays.
• Investigate the root causes of identified delays by collaborating with project stakeholders.
• Quantify the time impact of each delay event on the project schedule using recognized delay analysis techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive delay analysis reports, clearly outlining the identified delays, their causes, and the quantified time impact.
