Qualifications

• Experience with DNS management, including registration and renewal.
• Ability to manage WHOIS contacts and name servers.
• Basic experience with Linux systems.
• Familiarity with Apache and NGINX web servers.
• Basic knowledge of network and internet protocols.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 L1 and L2 NOC Engineers.
• Go beyond traditional network monitoring utilizing AWS cloud services.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for NOC operations.
