• 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a troubleshooting/customer-facing environment.
• CCNA certification is required; CCNP and CCIE are preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English; ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone/email consultation to independently debug product problems.
• Utilize lab setups to duplicate and solve problems.
• Drive improvements in product serviceability, new product incubation, and field quality.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Cisco products

Strong troubleshooting skills on TCP/IP

Knowledge of industry-standard routing protocols

Experience with Data Center technologies

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field
