Responsibilities include ensuring production efficiency, monitoring KPIs, leading teams, and enforcing compliance with safety standards. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the metal stamping production line.
• Work closely with maintenance, QA, and logistics.
• Track KPIs like OEE, downtime, and scrap rates.
• Address production delays and quality issues.
• Supervise night shift staff and ensure proper staffing.
• Enforce ISO, GMP, OSHA standards.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects.
