Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Sustain backend equipment uptime for production.
• Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Maintain and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Skills

Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)

Electric / Electronic Component knowledge

Familiarity with Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut machines

Education

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent
