Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a consultative sales approach.
  • Identify business needs and present tailored cybersecurity / IT security solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and solutions.
  • Meet performance metrics including conversion rate, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
  • Accurately log interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
  • 1â3 yearsâ experience in B2B tech / IT sales (lead gen or inside sales)
  • Experience with cybersecurity / IT solutions or strong technical understanding.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
  • Exposure to customer or technical support roles (a plus).
  • Tech-savvy, consultative, and target-driven
  • Strong communication & rapport-building skills
