Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a proactive Factory Maintenance Engineer with a Chargeman qualification to lead the maintenance team. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant, ideally in the electroplating or chemical processing fields. Only candidates currently residing in Johor Bahru and who can start immediately will be considered.

Qualifications

• A valid Chargeman qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in electroplating or chemical processing is a plus.
