Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Putrajaya is seeking an experienced professional to manage Building Control Systems (BCS) and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in facilities management, and strong communication skills in English and Malay. The role involves leading a team of technicians and maintaining optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management (especially in general/soft services).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Malay (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Building Control Systems (BCS).
• Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on BMS and EMS systems.
• Lead and guide BMS technicians in troubleshooting and programming.
