Job Summary

As a Lead Engineer, you will oversee and coordinate engineering activities, ensuring the successful development, execution, and delivery of metal parts projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with customers, enforce compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement across product design, manufacturing processes, and work instructions. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, mentor team members, and contribute directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise engineering teams for product and project execution.
  • Oversee design, development, and optimization of metal parts.
  • Liaise directly with customers on technical requirements and project updates.
  • Develop, review, and enforce work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, ISO standards, and customer specifications.
  • Conduct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to build technical competency and teamwork.
  • Implement process improvements, troubleshoot complex engineering challenges, and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, stamping, and tooling processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and technical documentation.
