Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority within our Engineering Department.

Core Responsibilities
  • A. Technical Design and Assurance
    • Direct and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex fire protection systems.
    • Serve as the final technical reviewer to ensure all designs and submittals strictly comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Perform and validate complex engineering calculations, including fire pump selection, hydraulic analysis, and advanced system modeling.
    • Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues arising during design, manufacturing, and construction phases.
  • B. Engineering Management and Quality Control
    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Project Engineers, Design Engineers, and BIM Modelers to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality output.
    • Review and formally approve all engineering drawings and specifications.
    • Develop, update, and enforce internal company engineering standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all project teams.
  • C. Stakeholder and Project Interface
    • Serve as the senior technical representative in critical meetings with clients, architects, and main contractors.
    • Oversee the generation and accuracy of core project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and final Operations & Maintenance.
    • Evaluate and approve technical responses to critical Requests for Information (RFIs) and assess the technical impact of scope changes or variations.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in fire protection design and project management, with exposure to projects such as data centers, industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors.

Software Proficiency: Expertise in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit).
