Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in QA or a related field preferred.
• ISQTB Foundation Level (or Higher) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all compliance testing efforts across assigned projects.
• Oversee workload distribution, progress reporting, and strategy development.
• Develop and mentor compliance staff.
• Collaborate to design and execute compliance testing strategies.

Skills

Proven leadership in QA or compliance testing

Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Hands-on knowledge of TRC and platform requirements

Strong passion for games

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in both individual and team environments

Education
