Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in Clean Tech.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clean Tech module staff and monitor equipment performance.
• Organize training sessions for staff to enhance technical skills.
• Participate in Yield Improvement activities to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitate cost reduction programs for equipment and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with various management systems.
