• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years’ experience as Lead Buyer in procurement for oil & gas, EPCC, or fabrication projects, preferably involving offshore platform construction.
• Familiar with procurement processes, vendor management, RFQ, bid evaluation, purchase orders, and contract administration.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication materials (steel, piping, valves, welding consumables, equipment) and specifications used in offshore construction.
• Awareness of relevant codes and client specifications (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO) to ensure purchased items comply with project requirements.
