JSK Group of Companies is poised to launch new property development initiatives in Sabah. Due to our rapid construction projects, we are seeking dedicated and competent personnel to join our Site Construction team.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Senior Site Manager.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
• Verify data and calculations.
• Record results of surveys.
• Calculate measurements of sites.
• Write descriptions of property boundaries.
• Research legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Land Surveying License or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of exposure in the construction or related field.
• ISO and IT literate.
