Job description

Carry out land survey tasks with provided initial basic training and site work guidance

Expected to lead survey team independently with self-discipline & minimum supervision

Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings & specification

Opportunity to use drone, lidar, laser scanner, GPR, CHC i76

Control & manage the site surveying works of demarcation, traverse & computation, spot height, as-built, topography, and detail surveys

Monitor & coordinate with 3rd party survey team on site related matters in ensuring accuracy & correctness

Report survey progress to project manager with site photos and updates in the sketch plans

Provide on the job training for junior crew members on the use of survey equipment

Ensure all surveying equipment kept securely and always under good operating condition

Conduct stock check twice a month & inform manager immediately to replenish hardware required to carry out related fieldwork

properly handle company vehicle, e.g., park at secure place, drive gently and responsibly

Prepare & maintain sketches, maps, notes and perform electronic data collection of surveys records in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for the survey work performed
