Job Summary: The Junior Production Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting mainframe‑based Core & Cards applications in the Service Recovery domain. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving both batch and online issues, ensuring system stability and availability. The candidate will work on incident management, problem resolution, and abend handling in a mission‑critical environment, supporting financial services operations.
