This role requires collaboration with the Training Manager, department heads, and management to ensure alignment of training with business objectives.

Locations:

Johor – Lead training for Johor & Singapore outlets

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that boost skills and confidence
  • Conduct interactive sessions on sales, customer service, leadership, and more
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
  • Coach employees one‑on‑one and support their career development
  • Collaborate with managers to align training with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Oversee all training initiatives for Johor and Singapore branches to ensure
    consistency in execution and alignment with company standards. (Johor based location)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training, sales, or operations (retail preferred)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel.
  • Experience in change management is a strong advantage
