Job summary

A leading company in semiconductor solutions is looking for an HR Officer based in Penang, Malaysia. This full-time on-site role involves managing all aspects of Learning and Development (L&D) from conducting Training Need Analysis to executing training programs. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in management and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills in Malay and English are essential for negotiation and effective training administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Learning and Development.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify training needs.
• Prepare and analyze development plans with department heads.
• Execute all training and development programs as per training calendar.
• Manage HRD Corp Grant Documentations and applications.
