Job summary

A leading training and development organization is seeking a Learning and Development specialist in Johor, Malaysia. This role entails overseeing the entire L&D function, conducting needs analysis, and delivering tailored training programs. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Psychology or Business Administration, experience as a trainer, excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday. This position offers a competitive salary range of RM4.5k-RM5k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in Sales/Retail/Service Industry.
• Strong analytical skills and great communicator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end L&D functions to support employee development.
• Conduct yearly L&D Need Analysis and design relevant programs.
• Deliver in-house training effectively and timely.
