Training Program Coordination
- Co‑ordinate tasks for learning events, including handling purchase orders related to these activities.
- Schedule training sessions and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable.
- Allocate trainers’ resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re‑scheduling.
- Manage purchase orders for Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Administration.
- Manage and maintain both LMS and LXP.
- Monitor LMS/LXP usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics.
Technical Support and Talent Support
- Provide technical support through ticketing system (or relevant troubleshooting channel) and train employees on LMS/LXP.
- Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope.
- Support employees’ requests through ticketing system (or relevant troubleshooting channel).
- Support the Talent teams with data and reporting.
Evaluation and Feedback
- Administer post‑training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants.
- Analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to training and development.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- First experience in coordinating programs within a corporate or organizational setting.
- Familiarity with learning management platforms (LMS and LXP).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any additional language will be highly appreciated.
