Job summary

Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), hygiene, and food safety guidelines

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, lift light to medium loads, and perform repetitive tasks

Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation (washing, cleaning equipment, workstations, and utensils)

Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors

Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

Willing to work early mornings, overtime, or shifts when required

No prior experience required (training will be provided); experience in food production is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production of tofu and soy-based products according to company SOP
• Prepare raw materials such as soybeans (washing, soaking, grinding, filtering)
• Support tofu processing activities including coagulation, pressing, cutting, and packing
• Operate basic kitchen and production equipment under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of production area, equipment, tools, and utensils
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products
• Help with loading, unloading, and arranging raw materials and finished goods
• Perform basic quality checks and report any abnormalities to supervisor
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor or management
