Job description

Responsibilities:

• Operational Assistance: Provide hands‑on assistance across all stations (Bar, Cold Kitchen, and Hot Kitchen) as a flexible "middleman", stepping in whenever support is needed to maintain smooth service flow, including occasional help at the Bar Station during peak times or as directed.
• Culinary/Kitchen Support: Serve as the primary support for both Cold Kitchen (e.g; preparing waffles, pastries, desserts, etc), and Hot Kitchen (e.g; frying simple snacks, basic cooking and kitchen knowledge and skills) to be to do and assist in basic cooking tasks.
• Equipment Handling and Safety: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment effectively and safely.
• Hygiene and Standards: Strictly adhere to all established food safety, cleanliness, and proper hygiene standards for all preparation areas and equipment (training will be provided). Also, to respect and follow the assigned SOP's and be able to adapt to rules and policies of the company.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members, following directions and executing tasks efficiently to ensure effective and smooth teamwork and communication in order to maintain healthy environment in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Availability: Must be consistently available during Weekdays (Tuesday to Friday). We are specifically looking to fill this crucial weekday need.
• Experience: Proven ability to handle basic kitchen and bar tasks, including simple food and beverage preparations.
• Mindset: A strong team‑player with excellent communication skills and a growth‑motivated attitude, always seeking to learn and improve. As well as being open‑minded to all that is around.
• Commitment and Discipline: Demonstrates a high-level of commitment and discipline towards work‑related.
