• Monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, informing the supervisor when stock is low and assisting with ordering and receiving deliveries
• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and clear understanding of tasks and instructions.
