Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation (washing, chopping, peeling ingredients, marinating)
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including utensils, work surfaces, and equipment.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries.
  • Ensure basic stock levels are replenished (ingredients, cleaning supplies).
Job Scope
  • Work under supervision of head or kitchen supervisor.
  • Provide support to ensure smooth daily kitchen operation.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain organization of storage areas (dry store, fridge, freezer).
