Job description

Oversee the daily operations of all kiosks (multiple kiosk withing Klang Valley) , ensuring that all locations meet quality and service standard.

Supervise kioks staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Monitor kiosk performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing staregies to drive sales and attract customers

Create and maintain customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention

Track and analyze sales data to identify hot-selling items and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

Inventory and ordering

Ensure kiosks run efficiently with optimum stock and minimum wastage

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintaned at all kiosk, with continuos improvement strategy in mind

Oversee staff management in terms of adequate staffing and training
