Job Description:-

Key Accounts Specialist – Dental Consumables is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic key accounts across Dental Universities, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and Government institutions in Malaysia.

Drive penetration across dental universities, including individual faculties, clinics, and departments.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with lecturers, clinical instructors, department heads, and procurement teams.

Support local sales teams and dealers in university account development and product adoption.

Plan and conduct Continuous Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, and hands‑on training sessions with in‑house Dentists.

Promote product usage in teaching, training, and clinical environments to build long‑term brand loyalty among future dental professionals.

Execute key account strategies aligned with the company’s sales and marketing objectives.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Clinical (in‑house Dentist).

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare account plans, activity reports, and sales forecasts for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Account Coverage Allocation
  • Dental Universities – 40%: Drive penetration across dental universities, including individual faculties, clinics, and departments. Establish and maintain strong relationships with lecturers, clinical instructors, department heads, and procurement teams. Support local sales teams and dealers in university account development and product adoption. Plan and conduct Continuous Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, and hands‑on training sessions with in‑house Dentists. Promote product usage in teaching, training, and clinical environments to build long‑term brand loyalty among future dental professionals.
  • Dental Service Organizations (DSO) – 30%: Identify, penetrate, and expand business opportunities within DSOs. Build strong relationships with DSO management, clinical directors, and procurement stakeholders. Plan and conduct CDE programs, Lunch & Learn sessions, and product training in collaboration with in‑house Dentists. Support product evaluations, standardization initiatives, and conversion programs within DSO networks.
  • Government Institutions – 30%: Manage and develop key government dental institutions and accounts across Malaysia. Work closely with appointed dealers to support tenders, product positioning, and account servicing. Conduct Continuous Dental Education (CDE) programs in collaboration with in‑house Dentists. Build relationships with key decision‑makers, clinicians, and procurement officers. Support product trials, evaluations, and follow‑ups as required.
Requirements:-
  • Requires strong dental market knowledge, relationship management expertise, and the ability to deliver professional product education in collaboration with in‑house Dentists.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Marketing, Dentistry‑related, or a relevant field.
