Key Accounts Specialist – Dental Consumables is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic key accounts across Dental Universities, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and Government institutions in Malaysia.
Drive penetration across dental universities, including individual faculties, clinics, and departments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with lecturers, clinical instructors, department heads, and procurement teams.
Support local sales teams and dealers in university account development and product adoption.
Plan and conduct Continuous Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, and hands‑on training sessions with in‑house Dentists.
Promote product usage in teaching, training, and clinical environments to build long‑term brand loyalty among future dental professionals.
Execute key account strategies aligned with the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Clinical (in‑house Dentist).
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare account plans, activity reports, and sales forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
