Key Accounts Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

To ensure that the company’s objectives are achieved and continuous improvement in operational efficiency and productivity of procurement and operations team.

To formulate and implementation of business plans, sales strategies and establish new business channels for Electronics and Electrical home appliances business.

To ensure that the monitoring, market intelligence and marketing systems and processes are in order to maximize sales operations, minimize cost and improve efficiency of the company.

To obtain order plan/forecast from respective customers and monitoring.

To coordinate and liaise with production department to ensure that the production meets the schedule deadline and the goods are delivered on time.

To prepare weekly billing forecast, monthly stock arrival reports and other reports.

To monitor and follow up claims and reject with production department and communicate with suppliers.

To ensure that all quotations/PO to suppliers and customers are prepared and delivered on time.

To liaise with customer on the order, artwork confirmation, stock status, delivery schedule and other related matters.

To prepare Purchase order and provide weekly shipment report.

To source and develop new products, liaise and negotiate with suppliers.

Follow up on customs clearance progress until receipt of containers.

To perform any other related or similar duties as and when required or assigned.

Requirements:
