A leading health supplement firm in Puchong is seeking a Key Account/Product Development Consultant. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing daily sales activities, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates must have a Diploma/Degree in Nutritional Science or similar, with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience. Effective communication skills are essential, and familiarity with Mandarin is a plus. Competitive perks include job knowledge training and yearly bonuses.
Develops and implements sales strategies and plans, to achieve annual goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain customer database.
Managing the day to day sales.
Evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, and identify new market and customer opportunities.
Develops and maintains key executive relationships for long term business success.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on trend, pricing, products, etc.
Resolves customer inquiries/complaints regarding the product and services.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Nutritional Science Food Technology; Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or related filed.
At least 1 year of working experience in Sales, specifically in Health Supplement and Cosmetic industry.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Result-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to converse and write in Mandarin will be preferred as required to handle oversea clients.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple opportunities involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines.
Ability of self-manage and take initiative.
Ability to liaise with local & overseas customers.
