Join Lazada as an Account Manager to drive category growth and manage key client relationships for the Singapore market from KL, Malaysia.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Manage key client relationships on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long‑term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow key client business.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data‑driven insights for business decisions.
About you

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, especially Pivot Table and vLookup.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships in B2B sales or client management in e‑commerce or related industries such as Health & Beauty, Mother & Baby, Consumer Electronics, Home & Living, Sports & Outdoor, Fashion are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing key decision‑makers.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure with strong organizational and priority management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the e‑commerce market, in‑depth understanding of the Lazada platform, and good market insight.
  • Self‑motivated, team player with a passion for cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven problem solving.
