You’ll work closely with a variety of customers in the chemical industry and have the opportunity to grow market share while developing long-lasting connections.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Selling & promoting specialty chemicals across your assigned territory
  • Managing and growing key accounts while increasing market share and sales revenue
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to craft killer sales & marketing strategies
  • Identifying customer needs and turning them into sales opportunities to exceed targets
  • Handling emails, cold calls, meetings, phone conferences, and delivering powerful product presentations
  • Building relationships across departments like Marketing, Sales Support, and Customer Care to match customer needs with solutions
  • Keeping an eye on competitors and making sure we stay ahead in the game
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the chemical supplies industry
  • Previous experience in the industrial market is a plus
  • Great interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a variety of people every day
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to persuading and conveying the value of our products
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Confident and driven to close sales successfully
  • Based in Johor Bahru with a willingness to travel outstation
  • Must have own transport
