A leading global food and beverage company is seeking a Key Account Manager to enhance business growth through strategic management of key account customers. You will be responsible for profitability, implementing marketing activations, and driving excellence in execution. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing and have over 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management. This position offers a permanent full-time role in Malaysia.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and execute the business priorities across key account customers by managing the sales, trade spend investments, market hygiene, and in-store execution through strategic partnerships with customer management and stakeholders.

A day in the life of...
  • Responsible for the growth of key accounts business solutions to deliver agreed objectives/ sales plans in line with market business strategy.
  • Ensure profitability of assigned customers according to the set target (P&L).
  • Set-up and implement key accounts strategic commercial & marketing activations to achieve total accounts business yearly objectives (acquisition & growth), in collaboration with others cross functional teams.
  • Drive excellence in execution of plans for all strategic segments in key accounts
What Will Make You Successful,
  • Degree in any Sales or Marketing Discipline
  • Has 5 or more years’ experience in sales and marketing management
  • At least 3-5 years in B2B (OOH) key environment
  • At least 3 years in Key Account Management or Business Development
  • A minimum of 2 years demonstrated commercial QSR channel experience
  • Experience in driving cross functional team in strategic and high value new business pursuits
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles
  • Experience in marketing is an asset
