Responsibilities

  • Manage communication and servicing for retail partners.
  • Prepare promotion forms and agreements.
  • Develop planograms and coordinate in-store deployment.
  • Assist in preparing proposals for campaigns.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-through, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with brand, design, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • Track competitor and market trends.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are met.
  • Generate weekly updates and reports.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience / training.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

  • Strategic thinker, have an eye in detail, good commercial sense and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication and servicing for retail partners (Watsons, Miniso, AEON, WOW Beauty, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit promotion forms, agreements, listing documents, and claims.
  • Develop planograms and coordinate POSM design, production, and in-store deployment.
  • Assist in preparing proposals for campaigns, displays, and retail activation.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-through, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate internally with brand, design, supply chain, and marketing teams to execute retail activities.
  • Track competitor and market trends to support campaign and assortment recommendations.
  • Ensure display and merchandising standards are met across stores.
  • Generate weekly updates and reports for each retail partner.
