Job description

The Key Account Executive - Health Care is the dedicated point of contact for our most valuable Partner Organization, ensuring they experience seamless service delivery and achieve their desired outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of our treatment offerings and the ability to navigate complex client relationships within these organizations. You'll work closely with case managers, practitioners, and internal teams to optimize service coordination, address client needs, and foster long-term partnerships with our partner organizations.

Responsibilities
Business Partner Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within assigned business partners, including case managers, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders.

Develop a deep understanding of each business partner's specific needs, preferences, and challenges related to our services.

Proactively communicate with business partner contacts to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Service Coordination & Optimization

Collaborate closely with case managers to understand client referrals and coordinate practitioner visits effectively.

Ensure timely scheduling of practitioner visits, considering client preferences, practitioner availability, and any specific requirements.

Monitor service delivery for clients referred by the case managers, addressing any potential issues or concerns promptly.

Gather feedback from case managers and clients to identify areas for service improvement and optimization.

Relationship Building & Growth

Cultivate strong relationships with case managers to foster trust and encourage ongoing referrals.

Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, collaborating with practitioners and internal teams to meet evolving needs.

Proactively address potential challenges or concerns that may arise, working to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Work closely with practitioners to ensure they have the necessary information and support to deliver effective treatments to clients referred by the case managers.

Collaborate with internal teams, including scheduling, billing, reporting and operations, to ensure seamless service coordination for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service delivery, and communication contacts within the CRM system.
