Key Account Management

Manage day-to-day execution for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth operations and service continuity.

Act as the primary contact for operational and execution-related matters.

Ensure accurate implementation of approved pricing, product specifications, lead times, and

Build and maintain strong working relationships with client operational and procurement teams.

New Key Account Development

Proactively identify and pursue new key account opportunities through market research, outreach, and client meetings.

Participate in new client meetings, presentations, and discussions as part of the account development process.

Support proposal preparation, follow-up, and opportunity progression for new key accounts.

Commercial ownership, pricing approval, and final deal decisions are handled by senior management.

Sales & Opportunity Execution
  • Follow up on approved quotations and proposals to support deal conversion.
  • Track orders, opportunities, and pipeline progress across both existing and new accounts.
  • Escalate commercial, pricing, or contractual matters to the Senior Key Account Manager when required.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Communicate client requirements to suppliers and monitor production and delivery timelines.
  • Support resolution of issues related to logistics, documentation, or delivery discrepancies.
  • Supplier coordination only; commercial negotiations are led by senior management.
Account Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor account performance, execution risks, and service quality.

Prepare internal updates and reports on account status, pipeline progress, and follow-up actions.

Support onboarding execution for new key accounts following commercial approval.

Maintain accurate documentation related to accounts, products, and compliance requirements.

Authority & Scope

Responsible for both assigned account execution and new key account development activities.

Operates within approved pricing, commercial terms, and account strategies.

Final pricing authority, deal ownership, supplier negotiations, and strategic decisions remain with senior management.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or account servicing.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in FMCG, supply chain, manufacturing, aviation, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and supplier teams.
