A prominent B2B service provider in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee the execution of key accounts while developing new business opportunities. This role involves daily operations management, client engagement, and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage day-to-day execution for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth operations and service continuity.
Act as the primary contact for operational and execution-related matters.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with client operational and procurement teams.
Proactively identify and pursue new key account opportunities through market research, outreach, and client meetings.
Participate in new client meetings, presentations, and discussions as part of the account development process.
Support proposal preparation, follow-up, and opportunity progression for new key accounts.
Commercial ownership, pricing approval, and final deal decisions are handled by senior management.
Monitor account performance, execution risks, and service quality.
Prepare internal updates and reports on account status, pipeline progress, and follow-up actions.
Support onboarding execution for new key accounts following commercial approval.
Maintain accurate documentation related to accounts, products, and compliance requirements.
Responsible for both assigned account execution and new key account development activities.
Operates within approved pricing, commercial terms, and account strategies.
Final pricing authority, deal ownership, supplier negotiations, and strategic decisions remain with senior management.
