Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to manage and grow our strategic client relationships in the manpower supply and recruitment industry. You will be the primary point of contact for major corporate clients, ensuring service excellence, contract fulfillment, and revenue growth through relationship management and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and maintain regular communication
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews presenting performance metrics and growth opportunities
  • Manage complete account lifecycle from onboarding through contract renewals and expansions
  • Track service delivery KPIs including fill rates, worker retention, and client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional manpower, training services, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, recruitment, payroll) for seamless service delivery
  • Prepare customized client reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Negotiate contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and service scope changes
  • Resolve client escalations and implement service recovery plans
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends affecting client industries
  • Achieve account revenue growth and profitability targets
