Job description

Manage and grow relationships with key retail partner in the beauty FMCG industry.

Drive sales, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities within assigned accounts.

Explore and expand into the local market by networking with distributor companies, chain stores, and pharmacies such as Watson’s, Guardian, Sasa, Sephora, and many more.

Work closely with distributors and pharmacies to monitor brand activities and sales turnover for beauty brands.

Manage trade budgets and conduct trading term discussions within the allocated budget.

Monitor market and consumer trends, conduct analysis, and provide actionable recommendations as needed.

Process customer purchase orders (PO), confirm and arrange orders promptly, assist with the order review process, and provide timely feedback to customers.

Follow up on orders and delivery status, and coordinate with the operations team and other relevant departments to resolve any shipment-related issues.

Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of various sales campaigns.

Assist the finance and accounts team with the verification of accounts receivable.

Stay informed on the latest market trends and developments, with a strong understanding of competitors activities.

Perform any ad-hoc project assigned by HOD / Management as required.

Requirements

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business development or any related fields

Experience in the beauty and retail industry, particularly in the personal care or beauty sector, is highly advantageous.

Strong motivation, commitment, and a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical and results-driven.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
