The Site Engineer / Site Supervisor will assist in overseeing and supporting daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects progress smoothly and meet quality and safety standards. Site Supervision / Management
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Support the team in ensuring all work follows safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Participate in regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Coordination
  • Communicate with site/project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth project execution.
  • Help coordinate daily activities of construction crews and delivery of materials.
Quality Control
  • Assist in checking that construction work meets quality standards.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
Safety Compliance
  • Support the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in safety meetings and help ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Reporting
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining records of site activities.
  • Report any incidents or delays to supervisors promptly.
Problem-Solving
  • Identify potential challenges on-site and seek guidance to resolve them.

Qualification
Experience
