Role Description

This full time on site role in Klang is for a Junior Sales Executive at Speedex Express Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. The Junior Sales Executive will manage customer accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying customer requirements to offer tailored logistics solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and satisfactory service delivery.

Generate leads cold, warm, referrals, directories

• Qualify prospects based on company criteria
• Prepare quotations using approved templates only
• Follow up systematically (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Update CRM / sales tracker daily
• Ensure clean handover to operations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or freight services is an advantage
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive client satisfaction
• A team-oriented and proactive attitude with good organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work purposes
