Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers for subscription renewals and ensure timely license renewal.
  • Conduct product demos for new prospects both online and on-site.
  • Work closely with reseller partners and support their sales activities.
  • Guide customers through basic system setup and escalate technical issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and demo sessions.
  • Provide timely assistance for customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
