As a Junior Sales Engineer at Aesseal Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth in the Johor Bahru region. This full-time position will involve building strong relationships with customers, providing technical expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the sales team in managing existing customers and developing new accounts.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare basic quotations and sales documents with guidance from senior staff.
• Arrange and attend customer meetings together with senior sales or technical team.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and updates in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Assist in market research and gathering competitor information.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
