Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and conduct feasibility studies + ROI analysis.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and work with RPA developers on Process Definition Documents (PDD).
• Support UAT, user training, and deployment handover.
• Provide continuous improvement suggestions to optimise existing automations.

Must-Haves

• Detail-Oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin/Malay a plus).
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with UiPath, Laiye, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• RPA certifications (UiPath BA, Blue Prism Foundation, Laiye BA).
• Consulting or client-facing project experience.
