Key Responsibilities
  • Learn the Recruitment Process (End-to-End) Receive hands‑on training to support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support—mainly for tech and engineering roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Learn how to identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and outreach methods, with guidance and support from senior consultants.
  • Client & Hiring Team Support Assist senior consultants in understanding hiring requirements and helping to deliver suitable candidate profiles to clients.
  • Candidate Profiling & Write‑Ups Be trained to prepare clear and professional candidate summaries and notes for client review.
  • Job Advertising & Employer Branding Support the creation and posting of job advertisements across multiple platforms, learning how to attract the right candidates through effective job messaging.
  • Recruitment System & Documentation Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment progress using internal systems and tools.
  • Performance & Learning Milestones Work towards achievable performance goals with structured guidance, regular feedback, and coaching.
  • Market & Industry Exposure Learn about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to better support candidates and clients.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with teammates and senior consultants in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.
