To meet with top management on all matters concerning project implementation and future developments

Preparation and presentation of the Feasibility study

Preparation and presentation of Project Report/ Status/ VO

Preparation and presentation of Tender & Award

To study and propose Value Engineering or alternatives for cost-effectiveness

To coordinate & liaise with Consultants and Project team members
