Job description

Qualification: Civil Engineering Degree / Mechanical Engineering Degree

Job Scope:

Responsible for the full spectrum of project and site related matters. This will include but not limited to, material procurement, project schedule planning, drawings management, manpower & task assignment, product delivery, quality and productivity management.

To liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities of projects undertaken by the company.

To prepare material procurement list, nesting plan, and schedule for project’s resources; manage the allocation efficiency; appoint suitable manpower based on background, workload, and experience and project requirements.

To implement and monitor all aspects of fabrication activities undertaken from material procurement to completion of projects including delivery or product and constantly ensure project cost is kept within budget.

To monitor sub-contractors’ performance and progress of works.

To attend meeting with consultants and clients and organize internal meeting with supervisor/ subcontractor to resolve the technical and logistic issues.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by the QSH (Quality, Safety & Health) management system in order to strengthen the company’s position.

To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Management.
