Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur (5-min walk from Cochrane MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
Work Days: Monday – Friday (5-day work week)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM / 10 AM - 7PM (Flexible)

Job Description

Plan, create, and launch effective digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize for better ROI.

Work closely with designers and content creators to produce engaging ads and creatives (photos/videos).

Deliver weekly performance reports and growth insights, translate data into actionable creative and targeting strategies and track key KPIs — CTR, CPL, ROAS, and Cost per Result.

Build and launch full-funnel campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup, conversion tracking, creative testing frameworks, and structured monthly budget planning.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, ensuring real-time adjustments to bidding, audiences, budgets, and creative delivery.
  • Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, formats, and placements to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase conversion volume.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Campaigns (Google Ads experience is a plus). Fresh graduates with strong interest in digital marketing are also highly encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and data tools (Excel or similar).

Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented — you love testing, optimizing, and learning from results.

Passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow into a performance marketing expert.
