A leading Malaysian tech company is seeking candidates for a role focused on end-to-end service qualification. Responsibilities include monitoring Traffic QoS, performing fault analysis, and troubleshooting via support services. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome, with the ability to work shifts. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsible for end-to-end service qualification, including but not limited to Traffic QoS monitoring, manual phone testing, and route adjustments.
Able to perform fault analysis and troubleshooting via the support portal.
Communicate with customers and provide timely updates in line with established standard operating procedures.
Coordinate closely with customers to ensure an efficient and effective troubleshooting process.
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Able to work in shift mode [WILL BE WORKING FOR 4 DAYS PER WEEK ONLY].
