Job description

We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at PARA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD at our Rawang Factory, Selangor as we are expanding our business into Semi-conductor industry. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering operations and contributing to the success of our business expansion.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve engineering challenges

Conduct technical analysis, data collection, and documentation to support project objectives

Participate in the implementation and commissioning of new equipment and processes

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations

Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in Mechanical Engineering

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices

Familiarity with design software, such as CAD, and data analysis tools

Ability to operate CNC Lathe and CNC Centre Tapping is an added advantage

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
