An education services provider in Sepang, Selangor is seeking to enhance the immigration clearance experience for international students. This role focuses on compliance and ensuring a smooth transition upon arrival, serving as a liaison with the Immigration Department. Ideal candidates will have a minimum SPM qualification, good communication skills, and flexibility for shifts. Additional language skills will be beneficial. This opportunity involves engaging with diverse student groups and creating informative content to raise public awareness.
Ensure a swift, seamless and positive immigration clearance experience for all international students upon arrival.
Maintain full compliance and data accuracy by verifying international student records through the designated system, ensuring a smooth transition through immigration.
Deliver exceptional end-to-end support, equipping international students with the necessary information and resources for a confident and stress-free arrival.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Immigration Department, resolving all student-related matters efficiently and maintaining strong inter-agency relationships.
Cultivate a robust communication channel to ensure stakeholders' needs are promptly addressed and feedback is effectively integrated into ISAC services.
Guarantee student compliance with all Immigration Department SOPs and guidelines, mitigating risks of delays or complications during the entry process.
Ensure the safe, secure and timely transit of special delegations by providing professional guide services.
Increase public awareness and engagement with ISAC services by developing and distributing informative video demonstrations and other digital content.
Minimum SPM (or equivalent) qualification. Further studies (Diploma/Degree) in Hospitality or related fields are an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of international students, colleagues and officials.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to flight schedules.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in an airport-based environment, including standing or walking for extended periods.
Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Possessing the ability to speak multiple languages to enhance communication with a diverse student population is an advantage.
