MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS
Design Development:
- Interpret design briefs and collaborate with others to understand project requirements.
- Conceptualise and create compelling visual designs for various platforms, including print and digital media.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Create engaging designs for various media, including social media graphics, printed materials, presentations, videography, photography, brochures, and website elements.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, audio, and video, as needed.
Creative and Communicative Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with working teams to develop creative solutions and ensure a cohesive and unified visual identity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual communication.
Software Proficiency:
- Utilise graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality designs and videos. Experience in Canva will be nice to have.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance skills and workflows.
Feedback Incorporation:
- Receive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Iterate designs to meet project objectives and client expectations.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay vigilant for errors and inconsistencies, correcting them promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia.
- Preferably at least 1 years of related working experience.
- Specialising in Art / Design / Multimedia or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
